Abstract

This paper analyzes the probative value in trial of extrajudicial statements made in administrative pre-trial proceedings conducted by the Chilean Antitrust Prosecutor, in the context of cartel investigations, under leniency program and identity protection according to letter a) of Article 39 of DL 211.
