Created in 1966, the Institute of International Studies is an independent interdisciplinary center, now publishing the first issue of the Journal of International Studies. From its beginning, the Institute has had functional relationships with key international centers where these matters are analyzed. This gives access to the highest levels of world thought on economic and political relations between nations and results in a continuous flow of renewal and criticism that ensures the academic rigor on which its research will be based.
